本案位於浙江省樂清市，項目面積約爲120平，普通平層結構，此戶型格局略顯方正，對應分區功能布位合理且動線環繞尺度滿足，南北向的通風及採光條件且都較佳，公私兩分的區位也較爲清晰。
The case is located in Yueqing, Zhejiang Province. The project area is about 120 square meters, with an ordinary flat structure.
