客戶需求：

b. 功能—在滿足家庭日常成員日常需求的情況下，希望有更多收納的空間；
c. 喜好 —紅酒、喝咖啡、讀書、電影等；
d. 材質 —素雅的白色、米色調，現代乾淨的灰調；

· 戶型圖
原始戶型結構空間分析
1.北次臥空間較小，考慮如何滿足兒童房的生活，學習需要？
2.考慮是否能夠更改電視背景牆的陽角正對入戶門的風水問題？
3.主臥面積較小，考慮如何佈置衣櫃？
4.走道位置結構關係不理想，考慮能否更改使客餐廳更加完整？
5.門廳空間較爲寬敞，能否更好的利用空間？
6.客廳沙發牆尺寸較短，空間比例感較差，能否使客廳更加方正？
空間佈局改造思路：
1.拆除黃色區，根據入戶門的軸線關係，從新梳理走道的空間結構關係及次臥室的功能佈置；
2.拆除橘紅區，借外衛生間的尺寸，擴大北次臥的面積；
3.拆除藍色區，設計儲物櫃，給主臥增加儲物空間；
4.拆除青色區，設計背靠背儲物櫃，增大儲物面積；
5.拆除紫色區，調整主衛門的位置及功能佈置，避免衛生間門和房門正對問題；

· 玄關
進門的左手邊做了一個大的深度60CM深的衣帽櫃，可以滿足一家人進出的衣物的需求。

右手邊設計了小的裝飾背景，牆面透過護牆板的修飾來提升整體空間的品質感，搭配成品現代美式的矮櫃、矮櫃上一組畫和軟裝小品及綠植的搭配，營造入戶的第一氛圍感受！入戶正對的走廊盡頭形成入戶端景，白色護牆板中間素色牆布，挑選了品質感非常高的晶瓷畫來營造端景。

· 客廳
整個客餐廳的設計，立面主要透過造型木飾面搭配素色牆布，電視背景用了品質感比較高的天然波斯灰大理石。頂面透過疊級吊頂和造型石膏線來做處理。地面是深色的地磚做了圍邊尺寸是15CM，中間選了800*800的地磚整體通鋪.

窗簾處設計窗簾暗箱，兩側用方管做了單隔牆，可以把窗簾完全藏到兩側的木飾面後面。沙發背景和電視背景轉角處的木飾面形成一個L型的轉折關係，增加了圍合感。

牆面木飾面都沒有落地，下面是大理石踢腳線，爲了防止踢腳線的上口積灰，大理石踢腳線安裝完的尺寸要保持和上面木飾面在一個平面，在大交界處特地設計銑槽做了一個高尺寸爲5MM*5MM的槽。

客餐廳在軟裝燈飾和壁飾上，都選用了黃銅質感的材質，來裝飾和提升空間的輕奢屬性。

中央空調的風口做了加長處理，中間是真的出風口，兩個側面是假的，吊頂的時候裏面需要做石膏擋板，這樣更有品質感！

· 餐廳
餐廳北側面靠窗的位置，兩側做了高櫃放置烤箱，中間窗戶部分做了操作檯面，來滿足西廚的需求及餐廳的收納和餐邊櫃的需求。

餐廳的背景兩側面護牆板的尺寸和電視背景兩側保持一致，中間換了一個材質，牆佈讓餐廳的溫度質更高。這樣透過中間的走道門洞，兩側也是完全對稱的關係。

· 廚房
廚房牆地面磚一體，用的800*800的大磚加工上牆，櫥櫃門板繼續延續護牆板的造型。

· 臥室
主臥室頂面做了無主燈設計，透過小的射燈點光源來營造臥室的舒適感。牀頭透過布藝硬包和金屬線條的搭配，來打造臥室的品質感。

· 大女兒房
次臥室是大姑娘的房間，整體沒有做的很小孩子氣，整體空間的感受上比較溫馨。做了無主燈設計，透過小的射燈點光源來營造臥室的舒適感。

· 小女兒房
北臥室是小姑娘的房間，整體設計會比較童趣一些！色彩上更粉一些，希望給小朋友打造一個夢幻一點的公主房的感受。
